Personalised emails are simply created and images are easily included. No HTML programming knowledge is necessary, as our simple text editing tool is used. Images and files are uploaded to our web servers and the image is simply dragged and dropped into the appropriate place in the email, automatically generating the image URL 'behind the scenes'. This means that the email is sent without any attachments and is easier for the recipient to open and view.

Contacts Database
The online contact list can be generated in a number of ways:

  • Directly added by the site manager
  • Uploaded from a spreadsheet
  • New members entering details on a web site subscribe page.
  • Members can also unsubscribe themselves from future emails. Members are profiled using ‘keywords’ (categories) which are controlled by the site manager

Campaigns
Multiple campaigns can be run simultaneously, which are sent to contacts selected by keywords. Email Templates can be selected in which to enter the message. Emails can be personalised from the information held in the contacts list. Campaigns can be ‘Sent Now’ or scheduled to automatically send at a later date. They can also be re-sent to the same or different set of contacts. The email sent to each contact is monitored and reported if opened

Feedback
Each campaign can have a feedback web page where you create questions and answers for the recipient to complete. These are recorded against each contact and summarised for a campaign. A spreadsheet report can also be downloaded detailing the contacts, questions and their answers. 
The feedback and subscribe pages allow a contact to add to/edit his keywords profile
